John Nicholson

General Counsel & Company Secretary

John has global responsibility for all legal and compliance matters and serves as company secretary to the Dowlais board and committees. Prior to the creation of Dowlais in 2023, John spent over a decade working in Dowlais’ business units, including 5 years as General Counsel of GKN Automotive. This followed an earlier career in corporate and commercial law. John is a UK qualified lawyer and has extensive experience in international transactions, projects and dispute management and implementing global compliance systems.
