Shali Vasudeva

Independent Non-Executive Director

Shali has extensive experience of technology and business transformation, spanning the UK, Europe and Asia. Since 2019, Shali has been the Chief Operating Officer at AXA Insurance UK & Ireland, leading on IT, data, digital strategy, property and procurement.  Shali spent the first phase of her career in leadership roles in the outsourcing sector with Cap Gemini and Capita Business Services.  She subsequently held operational roles with insurance companies, Resolution Life Group Holdings and Hiscox Plc.
