James Pedder

Chief Strategy Officer

Prior to the creation of Dowlais in 2023, James served as GKN Automotive’s Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff for four years, leading the business’s corporate strategy development. Earlier in his career James worked at Bain & Company, focusing on corporate strategy, business transformation and private equity. James has also worked in venture capital for Environmental Technologies Fund and in numerous operations and innovation roles for Anheuser-Busch Inbev. James holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College, London.
